When You Need Chimney Repairs

How We Do It
We erect safe working scaffolding around the chimney stack. We rake out damaged mortar and replace spalled or broken bricks. We repoint joints cleanly and install new lead flashing aprons and step flashings. We cap or cowl unused flues to prevent rain entry and nesting birds.
What to Expect
Standard chimney repointing and flashing repairs typically take 1 to 2 days; full rebuilds take 2 to 4 days.
